Class Reps Info
 

Class Reps assist the Elwood Community Market by encouraging parents in their classes to volunteer for the various market activities and/or bake for the cake stall. Each class is asked to provide about 10 volunteers for the market so we can run smoothly.

Although classes from different year levels are rostered on for each market (see roster below) volunteering is not restricted to the date your class is rostered. An email is sent out to the class reps of rostered classes about 2 weeks before each market reminding them to call for volunteers and/or provide class list contact details for direct emailing.

You can keep track of how your class is doing by looking at the volunteer summary which lists all of the positions filled and the number of volunteers from each class for each market.

Baked goods can be dropped of to the Hall kitchen on the Friday afternoon before the market or on the morning of the market.
