Book a Stall
Everything you need to know about booking a stall is provided online here.
Market runs from 8.30am - 1pm (2pm closing for Dec Market).
WE DO NOT SUPPLY MARQUEES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT, a marquee site means there is sufficient pace if you will be bringing your own.
Please remember NO TENT PEGS or STAKES, only weights to anchor marquees.
Stall Allocations
By the Thursday preceding the market you will receive an email confirming your stall number and information for arrival and setup. Permanent stallholders are allocated a specific site for all markets they book. If you wish to become a permanent site holder please email stallselwoodmarket@gmail.com.
There are limited indoor stall available. There is an option to select inside stalls when selecting your stall type. If these sites are full, applications will be waitlisted and given sites in the order of application should they become available for a market. Please note if you are willing to take an outdoor stall if indoor isn't available.

GATES OPEN: 6.45am
All cars must be parked or offsite by 8am.
GATES CLOSE 8am
In the interests of safety cars must not be moved onsite between 8am and 1pm
IF YOU HAVE NOT ARRIVED BEFORE 8:00AM YOUR STALL MAY BE REALLOCATED.
Enter via Poets Grove from Mitford Street (observing the one way traffic) and join the queue for check-in. Please note that traffic direction is no longer reversed on Market Days.
If you have a LARGE VEHICLE please arrive EARLY. As the stalls set up it gets harder to move large vehicles through the site.
It is important that we respect our neighbours – please do not block driveways, keep noise to a minimum and be mindful of the early hour for residents, for example please keep conversation contained within a vehicle rather than in the street.
Packup
The market ends at 1pm. We ask that cars wait to start driving onsite until the end of market announcement has been made, when we remind kids that cars are on the move. Gates will open by 1.20pm to exit. All stall rubbish is to be taken offsite with stall holders.
